2023/2024 Grandview Heights Schools Kids' Club Program

2023/2024 Grandview Heights Schools Kids' Club Program is full

The registration and waitlist sign-up is now closed.

It is always HIGHLY recommended that families be prepared with multiple childcare options in the event that your child does not secure a spot in the program.

  • Due to the high interest in care and limited number of spaces full-time care (4 or 5 days) will have priority this school year.
  • Families will be notified no later than 5/31/23 if they have secured a spot.
  • We use common areas in buildings so space is limited. Common areas are considered the main gathering spaces in buildings.

Priority Enrollment

  • Children on the waitlist from 2022/2023 will be registered for any available spaces prior to new families.

School Year Program FAQ
FAQ: Are there a limited number of spots available in the 2023/2024 Kids’ Club program.

Yes, there are a limited number of Kids' Club spots available for the upcoming school year. It is always highly recommended that families be prepared with an additional option in the event that your child does not secure a spot in the program. There are a number of factors taken into consideration when it comes to the number of available openings.

  • The number of staff available.
  • Space available to accommodate the children enrolled in the program.
  • The number of currently enrolled families returning.
  • The number of children already on the waitlist.
FAQ: Is there an A.M. program at Larson Middle School. No, there is not.

FAQ: What do I do after my child/children have been accepted into the After School Program?

You will be contacted by Kids' Club and given instructions on how to complete a variety of forms (both online and hard copy).

FAQ: What do I do if my child has health concerns or allergies?  We will ask for specific information regarding the health of your child.  We ask that in addition to completing a medical care plan form, you contact the Kids’ Club office by calling 614-485-4040 to set up a time to discuss any/all health concerns.
