Facilities Design Update

District Hosts Third Building Design Community Meeting, Enters Design Development Phase - Wednesday, May 15, at 7 p.m.; Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 9 a.m.

The third Building Design Community Meeting on the Master Plan Design is Wednesday, May 15, at 7:00 p.m. OR Thursday, May 16, at 9:00 a.m. These meetings will be in the Edison Intermediate & Larson Middle School Commons located at 1240 Oakland Avenue.

The Programming and schematic design phases of the project have been completed and and the Grandview Heights Board of Education has voted to approve the budget and design. The design development phase is next where we will be producing renderings for the buildings, including exteriors for how the buildings might look, as well as independent cost estimates to ensure projects remain on budget.

The district's overall and ongoing goal is to provide modern, efficient, and safe schools for our students on time and on budget.
