Grandview Heights High School

Grandview Heights High School Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 24, and Wednesday, October 30, 2019, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019.  

The Internet-based appointment booking system Pick-A-Time is being used to coordinate your meeting times. This website will allow parents to select which teachers to meet with and when.  This process is a secure system.  Parents will need to know their child’s Student ID # and birthdate in order to schedule conferences with his/her teachers. The Student ID # can be found on GradeBook, the student’s classschedule, interim report or a grade card.

Please Note: NON-RESIDENTIAL PARENTS - You must add an asterisk (*) after your student’s ID number (no space) in order to schedule appointments.

Helpful Information from Principal Robert Brown 

If you’ve previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email address and password. The system will know about your appointments and the children attached to your account.

To Register

  • Enter your email address, password, and click “Login/Create Account.”

  • For each child, enter their Student ID, birth date and select “Add.”

    • Enter the birthdate with NO leading zeros (example:  Enter 3/4/94 instead of 03/04/94)


  • Each colored square represents an available 15-minute meeting time-slot. The legend shows you the teacher that corresponds to each color, and the block of times that are available to schedule. (Note: You will not see all of the high school teachers, just the set of teachers that your child has classes with.) Click on a square to book that appointment slot.

  • After  you specify  when you want a reminder email to be delivered, click “Create Appointment.”

  • Repeat the steps above until you have an appointment time with each teacher you would like to visit.


  • At any time, you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.

  • If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with your email and password.

  • If you have more than one appointment, they will be hidden. Click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. There will be links to modify the time or cancel the appointment.
