February 2021 Citizens of the Month

EILMS Students Recognized for Citizenship, Good Character

Congratulations to 10 outstanding Edison Intermediate & Larson Middle School students who were named Citizens of the Month on Friday, March 5, for the month of February. This program, generously sponsored by the Northwest Kiwanis Club, has been a Grandview Heights Schools tradition for 40 years. DK Diner celebrated our students with $10 gift cards. During the 2020-2021 school year, the Citizen of the Month Program will be guided by the district's Learning Attributes for the selection of the Citizens of the Month. Staff members will refer to the Learning Attributes Rubric to guide their nominations. Each month, a different attribute will be highlighted and two students from each grade level who represent and model the highlighted attribute will be selected to be named Citizens of the Month.
