Since 1987, the Grandview Civic Welfare Club has sold holiday luminary kits (candles, sand/birdseed, white bag, and lighter) to light up the streets of Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff.  Since 1996, all proceeds from the sale have been used to fund college scholarships for Grandview Heights High School graduating seniors. All proceeds benefit the Grandview Civic Welfare Scholarship Fund.  Grandview Civic has awarded over $55,000 in scholarships to Grandview Heights High School Students.
