Third Grade Student Council students took a trip to Nnemap food pantry in the Short North on Monday morning. All students at Stevenson collected a variety of items; baby food, hygiene items, and 3rd graders made Birthday Bags. The collected items were delivered to Nnemap and 3rd grade student council members were able to participate in a "shopping" experience with customers. Thank you to all of the volunteers at Nnemap for your flexibility and patience. A big thank you to Farrah Chrstos for staying with our group the entire time and teaching us all of the protocols of Nnemap. Overall, it was a wonderful, and very eye-opening experience for all of us. We are looking forward to many more trips in the future.
