Columbus Business First recently ranked the most affluent zip codes in Central Ohio based on new data from their parent company American City Business Journals. The Grandview Heights/Marble Cliff/Upper Arlington zip code (43212) was ranked #1 in Central Ohio with a 23.9% of advanced degrees.
Using a 12-part formula to generate rankings, a database of 22,658 zip codes was used to determine the most affluent places in the U.S. Factors beyond household income included home values and sizes, occupations, types of outside income, and education levels.
