Since 1987, the Grandview Civic Welfare Club has sold holiday luminary kits to light up the streets of Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff.  Since 1996, all proceeds from the sale have been used to fund college scholarships for Grandview Heights High School graduating seniors. 

 

The Grandview Civic Welfare Club will be selling the luminary kits (candles, sand and white bags) at the Grandview Heights Public Library on December 10, 11, 17,18, and 19 - five sale days ONLY. Candles and bags will be available to purchase on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The final sale date will be Monday, December 19 from 11a.m. to 7 p.m.   The brighter the streets on December 24 - the more scholarships!  In the event of inclement weather on December 24, residents are asked to line the streets on December 31.
