Grandview Heights Schools Athletic Trainer Kate Weale is the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association's pick for the Athletic Trainer of the Year Award 2017. Weale has been selected as the “best in the state” for the excellence she brings to her athletes and families, her school community, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and her profession.

 

Weale is active in leadership and mentorship roles in the state organization and sets the bar high in the delivery of professional services.  She will be recognized on May 12, 2017, at the state Ohio Athletic Trainers Association annual meeting in Sandusky, Ohio.
