Grandview Heights High School, in partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital Sports Medicine, will host a Sports Performance Camp for Grandview Heights youth in grades 6-8 on July 23-25, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the second floor of the high school gymnasium located at 1587 West Third Avenue.
This program is designed to build speed, power, and athleticism to improve performance and reduce injury risk. Training is age-appropriate and designed to establish great movement patterns. Training includes: mobility and flexibility; strength and power; education about nutrition, rest, and recovery techniques; speed and agility training; and core stability. Cost is $90.
