In Grandview Heights Schools, we believe that Wellness is truly the subject of a lifetime for our entire community. As a result, we have developed a District Wellness Committee and created partnerships to support the intentional and authentic integration of wellness within our schools and in our community.
Our committee is comprised school administration, school counselors, student services staff, wellness teachers, parents, Syntero Counseling Services, Start Talking Grandview, Farm to School Program, Project Green Teacher, nutritionists, food services coordinator, Nationwide Children's Hospital, athletic director and wellness advocates. Our committee meets each month to communicate, plan, and actualize Wellness for Life learning opportunities for our students, families, and community.
In Grandview Heights Schools, we believe that the wellness of our students is a community effort! Our District Wellness Committee strives to partner with our community to provide opportunities and resources to our students, staff, and community members. We are continually developing collaborative opportunities to support wellness within our schools and community. From the Pumpkin Run to Bike Safety, community partnerships provide rich and authentic experiences for our students!
