that was the number one piece of advice we got from the beginning is let this be a Community Driven process you're not going to end up with any one person's favorite planet the end if we're going to ask for the community what they're going to support it needs to be their plan is truly a community effort having you this isn't something that you do every year or two or three or four I mean this is really once every every half Century Century sort of endeavor and so it's important that the community really lights that we had multiple surveys are both online and also phone surveys ocean to be more scientifically accurate we had lots of community forums we we answered every single question that we got we also have some more in. Will bettas be gone and talk to people individually been in been in people's houses with copies getting feedback so it is just been many many touch points I think we're over 3,000 touchpoints when we had all that out to her for a qtr size is pretty remarkable there's not an option to do nothing there's not an option the fact is deferred maintenance systems did it did her just getting worse and worse and worse that has to get fixed so we can focus on teaching and learning in small groups were willing to go into people's houses and talk this process about the letter you wanted means
