Let's Get the Enrollment Process Started:
 
Pre-Registration Forms
It is important to ensure the person filling out this registration form is the residential parent or guardian, for school purposes, and understands that Grandview Heights Schools does not have an open enrollment policy. Complete the correct pre-registration form for each student you are registering. This will provide some basic information necessary for our staff to begin the registration process.

Registration & Enrollment Information

 

Required Documents:
  • Parent Photo Identification - A drivers license or state/federal identification with a photo is required.
  • Verification of student identification ie; Birth Certificate
  • Address Verification
  • Proof of custody/guardianship if applicable
  • Immunization Record
  • Most Recent Special Education Documentation (if applicable) Evaluation Team Report (ETR), Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan, WEP/WAP or other gifted identification documents and letters.
 

Residency Requirements:

  • If you own your home, you must supply the summary page from the Franklin County Auditor's website showing it as occupied by the owner, or deed, with a current utility bill. http://www.franklincountyauditor.com
  • A current mortgage statement with a current utility bill.
  • A current signed rental/lease agreement, with the name(s) of the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed, accompanied with a utility bill, bank statement, or recent pay stub, that includes the address where you are leasing the property.

Alternative Method of Enrollment:
  • Please complete the Residency Affidavit if you are living with a friend or relative who resides within the district. You will be required to provide additional documentation and information along with this affidavit.
 
 
Next Steps
 
You will receive an email from PowerSchool once your Pre-Registration has been approved. The email will direct you to set up a PowerSchool account to complete the forms necessary for enrollment. If you have an existing PowerSchool account, the email will provide instructions on how to link this student to your account. Please complete all forms as soon as possible.
 
At any time during the process, you can click the “Save for Later” button at the bottom of the screen and return at a later time to complete the process.
 
Your Enrollment Specialist will review your forms and contact you with any questions. Students may not attend and will not be given a schedule until your registration is complete.
