Attention 4th, 5th, and 6th Graders: If you are attending tonight’s Bobcat Bash, there are a few things you need to know:
The Book Fair preview day is Monday, November 18 and opens for shopping on Tuesday, 11/19. It will be in the EILMS Library. Early morning shopping and a light breakfast is available Wednesday, 11/20, starting at 7AM. All students who come early to shop must stay in the library or head outside until the bell rings.
Attention 7th and 8th Graders: It’s that time of year again! The Student Council presents 2019 Fall Ball! Enjoy a fun time with your friends with music and a photo booth! Fall Ball is in the EILMS Commons tonight, 7-9PM. Admission is $3.
GIRLS EXPLORING MATH MONTHLY
The Department of Mathematics is launching a series of workshops that invites young women studying grades 8 to 12 to experience mathematics through engaging activities in an untraditional environment. Led by enthusiastic math professionals, participants build confidence in their math and programming abilities.
Saturday, November 16, 2019 - 10:00am to 2:00pm; Mathematics Tower, Room 724, 231 West 18th Avenue.
There will be a 6th,7th, and 8th Grade Student Council meeting next Tuesday, November 19 during lunch and recess.
Attention 7th and 8th Grade Student Council Members: Dance decorating is today in the Commons at 3PM.
There will be no 4th and 5th Grade Reading and Writing Club today.

Please contact Mrs. Parson (614.485.4100 or firstname.lastname@example.org) with any attendance-related matters. Doctor’s excuses can be turned in for appointments. For planned absences of 3 or more days, please submit the Planned Absence Form one week in advance.
If your student is arriving at 8AM or later, he or she must enter through the Main Office door and sign in. Parents/guardians should enter through the Main Office door only. It is located off Oakland Avenue and labeled DR1.

VOLUNTEER CAREER SPEAKER
Larson Middle School is seeking to expand career exposure opportunities for our students. If you are interested in volunteering to share information about your career field, education history, and day-to-day responsibilities, please complete the form. Career Speakers typically volunteer 11:30AM-1PM and interact with two groups (25-30 students in each group) for 25-minute sessions.
Yellowbird Foodshed is now offering year-round produce boxes. To continue receiving fresh and locally grown produce each week, you don't have to do anything. Pick-up will continue on Fridays 11AM-6PM at Butcher and Grocer.
