Payment Information

Tuition and Fees  (see attached) 
All payments must be made through EZ Pay. New families must contact the school office for a student identification number to access the online system. EZ Pay is available at your convenience at: https://www.spsezpay.com/Grandview
Balances can be viewed through the Sandbox Parent Portal. https://parentportal.runsandbox.com/Login
 
Tuition rates vary depending on the number of days per week each student is enrolled in Kids’ Club. Tuition rates may change from year to year. Current rates are available on the Grandview City Schools Childcare web page.
 
Tuition Agreement
Each family must complete a tuition agreement and return it to the Kids’ Club office prior to the first day of enrollment of the school year program as well as the summer program, and following any tuition change.
 
Payment Receipts
Monthly receipts can be printed from the Sandbox Parent Portal and a detail statement can be requested through the Sandbox Parent Portal . Tax statements will be made available at the end of each year and when requested through the Sandbox Parent Portal.
 
Funding
Grandview Heights Schools Kids’ Club is a tuition-based program. The Grandview Heights Board of Education acts as the fiscal agent for the program. Grandview Heights Schools provide space, utilities and custodial services for the program. Kids’ Club is self supporting and does not receive tax dollars or subsidies from the school district to operate.
 
Nonpayment of Tuition
Families whose accounts are overdue for more than one month (school year) or two weeks (summer) run the risk of losing their child’s placement in the program. Payments are due monthly and late charges will be assessed for non-payment of tuition.
