Tuition Agreement
All Families must complete and have on file a current tuition agreement.
Statements and Receipts
Monthly receipts and detailed statements can be printed from the Sandbox Parent Portal.
Tax statements
Annual tax receipts are available to print from the Sandbox Parent Portal.
Funding
Grandview Heights Schools Kids’ Club is a tuition-based program. The Grandview Heights Board of Education acts as the fiscal agent for the program. Grandview Heights Schools provide space, utilities and custodial services for the program. Kids’ Club is self supporting and does not receive tax dollars or subsidies from the school district to operate.
Nonpayment of Tuition
Families whose accounts are overdue for more than one month (school year) and one week (summer) run the risk of losing their child’s placement in the program. Payments are due monthly and late charges will be assessed for non-payment of tuition.
