Middle School Choirs
ABOUT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL CHOIRS:
The Middle School Choirs serve as an introduction to the fundamentals of
choral singing, such as breathing, tone production, rehearsal habits, and
beginning level ensemble performance skills. Other emphasized musical
concepts include music reading skills, music listening and appreciation, and
musical theatre.
6TH GRADE CHOIR: Mixed 2 and 3-part harmony ensemble; beginning level.
MIXED CHOIR: Both 7th and 8th grades, mixed 4-part ensemble; intermediate
level.

Vocal Music & Theatre Boosters Coffee House Show
7th/8th Grades: warm-up 2:55 PM, high school choir room. Performance in LMS Commons 3:10-3:30, then dismissed.
6th Grade: warm-up 3:30 PM, high school choir room. Performance 3:45-4:00, then dismissed.
CASUAL DRESS (nice school clothes)
Parents who are driving students to the warm-up, please head south on Fairview Avenue from 3rd Avenue and drop the students off outside the high school at the "bus stop" zone. Students will enter the choir room exterior door "16 E" for warm-up. Parents should then continue taking Fairview to the parking lot and then check in to the Coffee House performance at the front of the LMS building.
